Our advanced health assessment (approx. 60 minutes)
The MOT plus is the all-in-one assessment designed for anyone who wants to improve their health. It’s also helpful for those who are exercising regularly in an attempt to improve on their fitness. This assessment will give you some markers that you can monitor to see if your training is effective and your fitness is improving.
Do you ever feel breathless? A full lung function test can show signs of asthma, COPD and emphysema as well as telling you how well your lungs are working for your specific age group.
Completing a lifestyle questionnaire makes it simpler for our health expert physiologists to set you targets and give you lifestyle coaching on how to hit those targets.
What’s included ?
The assessment takes about 60 minutes, and for a fee of just £80 includes the following measurements or tests:
- Body mass index (BMI).
- Blood pressure.
- Finger prick blood glucose.
- Finger prick blood cholesterol.
- Waist to hip ratio.
- Body fat percentage.
- Hydration status.
- Urine test.
- Lung function.
- Static fitness test.
- Lifestyle questionnaire.
- Written report.
